How do I configure what statements are included on reports?
Each user is able to select which statements appear in a report on a per pupil or per class basis.
You can select whether a statement is included in reports for all or no pupil’s in the current class by clicking on the All Pupils Report button.
You are also able to select whether the statement is to be included on specific pupil’s report by clicking on the Report button to the right of each pupil’s name.
In the example above the red rectangle shows where you can turn reporting of this statement on or off for the whole class, the green rectangle shows where you would click to turn reporting of this statement on or off for specific pupils. In the above example the statement will not appear on reports produced for Thomas and Sophie but will appear on those produced for Hannah and Joshua.
